We’ll co-create a structured flow to the day that includes:

1:1 coaching and contemplation, dialogue and reflection, practice and rest. This is a retreat carved out for your needs - it’s your time to connect with yourself. It’s a day to explore your role as a professional, a leader, and woman. A way of taking responsibility for yourself, establishing long-term goals, and learning new tools to cope with challenges.

We’ll find what needs to be understood and what needs to shift so you can move towards fulfillment.
