As part of a global collective of eight women leaders passionate about co-creating positive change, breaking down outdated leadership expectations and recreating who and what a leader can be, Lisa Barnwell IAC CMC, Barbara Frensel, Animah Kosai, Susan Mazonson, Carita Nyberg, Andrea Zellner, MBA, CPCC, Elżbieta Żyrek and I have been contemplating the vast complexity of challenges that many leaders find themselves facing today. It’s daunting to imagine the world’s problems will be solved by a select few.
The world needs strong leaders who can sit and be present in the discomfort of the unknown and ask powerful questions of themselves and others, to rise to the challenges ahead.
