Transforming Leadership
What happens when…
8 highly experienced and determined leaders,
in consulting, facilitation and coaching,
meet regularly for a year
to create something useful and valuable for leaders and their organizations?
In our case, we wrote an ebook called Transforming Leadership! 🎉
The ebook is our gift to you (i.e. it’s free!)
It's for you if you are seeking new ways to lead. (You may not see yourself as the typical type of leader...)
You can download the ebook here.
We introduce 8 different leadership qualities and related leadership challenges and then offer tips and strategies for each.
I write about the quality of Embodied Leadership and offer some tips and strategies to become a more embodied leader, based on hundreds of intimate coaching conversations with women in 17 years of coaching, as well as my own personal experience.
My colleagues each share a different quality, a related challenge, and tips and strategies. For example, the Authentic Leader, the Empowering Leader, the Evolving Leader, the Awakening Leader, the Inclusive Leader, the Visionary Leader and the Redesigning Leader.
I highly recommend this ebook as a tool for you to use on your own or with your teams.
You could ask:
What leadership quality do you need to embrace now?
Is it one of the 8 or another quality, or a combination?
And then make room for a connecting and encouraging conversation that will support you and others with your leadership visions.
As I said, the ebook is our gift to you - you can download it here!
(You'll find yourself on my colleague Animah Kosai's Speakup Collective site - you need to join with your email to get the ebook, and then you can choose to stay or leave.)
I hope you find it extremely helpful!
Warmly, Milisa
PS. Backstory: The 8 of us came together last August with a collective desire to create something that would be useful for leaders during these particularly difficult times. We didn't know what exactly at first, but we knew it would be rooted in the principles of the Feminine Power transformational trainings we all had in common.
